Established to deliver our advanced Battle Management System to the Australian Army, we have diversified into cyber security, unmanned aerial systems and land systems.
We are building our software engineering team and are currently looking for three (3) new team members. Reporting to the Software Team Functional Manager you will be a member of a small scrum team of software engineers, testers and systems engineers working together to ensure the BMS is effective and reliable on a number of different platforms.
ELSA wants to continue the trend of hiring great people so we are open to considering all levels of software engineers with relevant software engineering or software development qualifications and are keen to learn and are passionate about wanting to do meaningful work.
Commercial or project experience with C# (.NET 4.5, WPF, WinForms) is essential. Experience in software engineering on complex integration programs and a full stack development background will also see you be a standout candidate.
Our technology stack is presently aligned to C# and .NET 4.6, however we will consider candidates confident in leveraging strong Java experience to C# / .NET.
