Delivering high technology in Australia.
Elbit Systems of Australia (ELSA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elbit Systems, one of the top 30 defence technology companies globally, with annual revenue in excess of AU$4 billion. Established to deliver our advanced Battle Management System to the Australian Army, we have diversified into cyber security, unmanned aerial systems and land systems.
In this role you will be working with a supportive team of experienced, multidisciplinary V&V Engineers who are responsible for the V&V function across the whole organisation working within a recognised systems engineering framework based on SCRUM.
You will be reporting to the V&V Manager and your purpose will be to ensure that the requirements of our customer are successfully met.
As a member of this functional group you will provide the full range of V&V services to the internal business and to the client. This means that your work will not be routine and sometimes it may be left of field and last minute which will require you to use your flexibility, collaborative approach and willingness to bring your existing toolset to the issue as well as be willing to learn and try new things.
This exceptional team openly share their knowledge and help each other out and thrilled to be now working in our new custom built offices.
They also have diverse backgrounds so we would welcome engineers with a V&V background in hardware or software, electrical or communications (RF).
